Using Digital Documentaries as an Instructional Practice

Description: Using Digital Documentaries as an Instructional Practice is a hands-on professional development workshop in which teachers will acquire the skills they need to inspire their students to use video as a communication tool. Each participant will learn to shoot, import, edit, and export video, and will leave the workshop having created a short movie that they can model with students.



This workshop is separated for MAC and PC users. Please be sure to register for the operating system that your school uses.

Bring your own laptop.

MAC requirements: Bring your own laptop with iMovie Version 10.1 installed. You can use your iPhone or iPad as a video camera.

PC requirements: Bring your own laptop with Windows Movie Maker installed. You can use your smart phone as a video camera.
